Google Play & App Store Account Deletion Resource
In compliance with Google Play Store and mobile application policies, almostcart provides full autonomy to delete your user account and all personal customer data. You can delete your account from within our mobile apps or directly on the web using the options below.
1. Delete directly on the web

You can delete your account directly using the form below or open the almostcart web application.

Deleting your account will immediately remove all your personal profile records, carts, wishlist items, Tiny Swap activity, and points.
Sign in with your almostcart account to delete it immediately:

Your almostcart account and all associated customer data have been permanently erased from our servers.
2. Delete within the mobile app (Android & iOS)
Steps to delete in the almostcart app
- Open the almostcart app on your Android or iOS device.
- Sign in to your account if you are not already logged in.
- Tap the Profile / Avatar icon (located in the top-right corner of the Home screen).
- Scroll down to the bottom of your Profile panel and tap Delete account.
- A confirmation dialog will appear. Type DELETE into the verification box.
- Tap the red Delete account button. Your account is immediately deleted, local storage is wiped, and you are returned to the login screen.
3. Customer data deletion and retention disclosure
Google Play requires developers to disclose what data is deleted upon account deletion and what data, if any, is retained.
✓ Data deleted permanently
- Profile & Credentials: Email, password hash, display name, birth year, age, selected country, gender selection, and avatar choices.
- Shopping & Orders: All active carts, items, released orders, and ordering reflections.
- Wishlist & Buy List: All wishlist records and custom Buy List entries.
- Habits & Tiny Swap: Daily challenge history, completed swaps, and streaks.
- Points & Rewards: Points ledger, unlocked levels, and badge achievements.
- Social & Friends: Friend connections, shared challenges, and invite codes.
- Subscriptions: Tracked subscriptions and billing preferences.
ⓘ Data retention & exceptions
- Legal & Tax Obligations: If you made an in-app purchase (e.g., Almost Pro), store transaction verification receipts from Google Play or Apple are retained only as required by statutory financial, anti-fraud, or taxation laws. These receipts are irreversibly decoupled from your deleted account.
- Transient Security Logs: Temporary operational and security logs are automatically deleted within 30 days.
- Timeframe: All user account data is removed immediately upon confirmation.
4. Manual assistance & support
If you have lost access to your login credentials, cannot log in to your account, or require manual assistance with account deletion, please visit our Support page or contact support with your registered email address. We will verify your identity and process the deletion request within 48 hours.
